The Half-Length Rails provide maximum protection against fall risk when bed is elevated. The tool-free adjustment design allows the height of the rail to be adjusted in 2-inch increments from 36 inches to 42 inches. The rails will fit most hospital bed models with steel frame construction, but are Not For Use with "Pan-Style" bed surfaces. Very easy to install.
