The Passy-Muir PMV2001 Purple and Clear (15mm I.D. / 23mm O.D.) tracheostomy swallowing and speaking valves PMV are lightweight and open with even less resistance than the original PMVs. It can be used in-line with mechanical ventilation in conjunction with non-disposable, flexible rubber tubing.
