Where do I find the serial number for my Flex-A-Bed?
Your Flex-A-Bed serial number is 10 digits long—beginning with 2 zeros followed by 6 additional numbers, ending with a dash and 2 numbers. Example: 00******-01. Depending on the year of your Flex-A-Bed, the serial number can be found either on the Cross Bar of the bed frame underneath the Head section, or on a tag stapled to the base underneath the Head section. If your mattress was originally purchased with your Flex-A-Bed, you can also find the serial number on the mattress tag. By providing your 10-digit serial number, we will be able to correctly match the exact replacement remote even if you accidentally order the wrong item. The good news is, all Flex-A-Bed replacement remotes are the same price.
